Tóm tắt trung thực: Simplest là ứng dụng ghi chi tiêu. Giao dịch của bạn được lưu trên máy trước, và được đồng bộ lên máy chủ của chúng tôi nếu bạn bật đồng bộ (mặc định bật, tắt được bất cứ lúc nào).
Khi bạn dùng Nhập nhanh, câu bạn nói hoặc gõ được gửi tới OpenAI để bóc tách thành số tiền và danh mục. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không có quảng cáo, và số liệu sử dụng chỉ được thu thập khi bạn bật.
1. Chúng tôi là ai
Simplest là sản phẩm cá nhân, hiện đang trong giai đoạn thử nghiệm kín. Mọi liên hệ về dữ liệu: contact@simplest.live.

3. Ai nhận dữ liệu của bạn
Chúng tôi không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho mục đích quảng cáo. Dưới đây là các dịch vụ bên thứ ba có thể xử lý dữ liệu thay chúng tôi; đây không phải danh sách toàn bộ công cụ kỹ thuật nội bộ:
- OpenAI — nhận câu bạn nhập khi bạn dùng Nhập nhanh, để trả về số tiền/danh mục. Dữ liệu gửi qua API và theo điều khoản API của OpenAI, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình.
- Supabase — xác thực đăng nhập (email, mã người dùng).
- Cloudflare — truyền tải kết nối và lưu bản sao lưu đã mã hoá.
- Google Firebase — số liệu sử dụng và báo lỗi, chỉ khi bạn bật.
- Better Stack — nhật ký vận hành đã lược bỏ thông tin nhận dạng.
4. Những gì chúng tôi cố ý KHÔNG thu thập
Nhật ký vận hành máy chủ chỉ ghi các trường trong danh sách cho phép: đường dẫn, phương thức, mã trạng thái, thời gian xử lý, model, chi phí. Mã người dùng được thay bằng một chuỗi băm HMAC — không phải mã thật của bạn.
Nhật ký vận hành không có: số tiền, tên nơi chi, ghi chú, email, mật khẩu, token.
Nếu bạn bật số liệu sử dụng, các con số được gom thành khoảng trước khi gửi (ví dụ "6–20 giao dịch" thay vì con số chính xác). Chúng tôi không gửi số tiền, tên nơi chi hay câu bạn nhập tới Firebase.
Simplest không có quảng cáo, không SDK quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn trên các ứng dụng khác.
5. Quyền kiểm soát của bạn
- Tắt đồng bộ — Cài đặt → Đồng bộ. Dữ liệu ở lại máy bạn. Dữ liệu đã đẩy lên trước đó không tự xoá; muốn xoá thì xoá tài khoản.
- Không bật số liệu sử dụng — mặc định đã tắt, không cần làm gì.
- Sửa hoặc xoá từng giao dịch — ngay trong ứng dụng.
- Xoá toàn bộ tài khoản — xem trang xoá tài khoản.
6. Xoá dữ liệu và bản sao lưu
Khi bạn yêu cầu xoá tài khoản, mặc định chúng tôi vô hiệu hoá ngay và dọn sạch sau 30 ngày — khoảng thời gian này để bạn đổi ý. Bạn có thể chọn xoá ngay, bỏ qua thời gian chờ.
Điều chúng tôi phải nói thẳng: chúng tôi sao lưu cơ sở dữ liệu hằng ngày ở dạng đã mã hoá để phòng hỏng hóc và sự cố vận hành. Dữ liệu của bạn có thể còn nằm trong các bản sao lưu này tối đa 30 ngày sau khi xoá. Sau đó bản sao lưu tự hết hạn. Chúng tôi không lấy dữ liệu ra từ đó để dùng vào việc gì.
Câu bạn đã gửi cho OpenAI trong quá trình xử lý tuân theo chính sách lưu trữ của OpenAI và chúng tôi không thu hồi lại được.
7. Trẻ em
Simplest không dành cho người dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
8. Bảo mật
Mọi kết nối dùng HTTPS và đi qua lớp bảo vệ mạng. Bản sao lưu được mã hoá bằng khoá giữ ngoại tuyến. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi thiết kế để một sự cố đơn lẻ không làm lộ dữ liệu của bạn.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo trong ứng dụng trước khi áp dụng.

The honest summary: Simplest is an expense-tracking app. Your transactions are saved on your device first, and synced to our server if sync is on (on by default, and you can turn it off at any time).
When you use Quick capture, the sentence you speak or type is sent to OpenAI to be turned into an amount and a category. We do not sell your data, there are no ads, and usage analytics are collected only if you switch them on.

3. Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your data for advertising. These third-party services may process data on our behalf; this is not a full inventory of our internal technical tools:
- OpenAI — receives the sentence you type when you use Quick capture, and returns the amount and category. Sent via the API and covered by OpenAI's API terms; not used to train models.
- Supabase — sign-in authentication (email, user ID).
- Cloudflare — network delivery and storage of encrypted backups.
- Google Firebase — usage analytics and crash reports, only if you turn them on.
- Better Stack — operational logs with identifying information stripped out.
4. What we deliberately do NOT collect
Server operational logs record only an allowlist of fields: route, method, status code, duration, model, cost. Your user ID is replaced by an HMAC hash — not your real ID.
Operational logs contain no amounts, merchant names, notes, email addresses, passwords, or tokens.
If you enable usage analytics, numbers are bucketed into ranges before being sent (for example "6–20 transactions" rather than the exact count). We never send amounts, merchant names, or your typed sentences to Firebase.
Simplest has no advertising, no ad SDKs, and does not track you across other apps.
5. Your controls
- Turn off sync — Settings → Sync. Your data stays on your device. Data already uploaded is not removed automatically; to remove it, delete your account.
- Leave analytics off — it is off by default, so there is nothing to do.
- Edit or delete individual transactions — directly in the app.
- Delete your whole account — see the account deletion page.
6. Deletion and backups
When you request deletion, by default we deactivate immediately and purge after 30 days — that window exists so you can change your mind. You can also choose immediate deletion and skip the wait.
What we have to state plainly: we take daily encrypted database backups to protect against failure and operational incidents. Your data may remain inside those backups for up to 30 days after deletion. After that, backups expire automatically. We do not open them for any purpose other than disaster recovery.
Sentences already sent to OpenAI during processing are subject to OpenAI's retention policy and cannot be recalled by us.
7. Children
Simplest is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
8. Security
All connections use HTTPS and pass through a protected network layer. Backups are encrypted with a key held offline. No system is perfectly secure, but it is designed so that a single failure does not expose your data.
9. Changes to this policy
For significant changes we update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
